I don’t typically work with makeup artists for my photo shoots because of convenience. I prefer to do my makeup a certain way and I haven’t been doing conceptual shoots, so there hasn’t been a need, but this Christmas, I thought I’d work with BUD Cosmetics on a special makeover feature piece to showcase what organic skincare and makeup can create.

The makeup artist behind this skilful transformation is May, one of my long-time friends. Using a combination of organic products from the finest natural products available from BUD Cosmetics, she gently prepped my skin before working on my makeover, playing up my natural features and glamming me up for a night look that is both tasteful and striking.
May is very versatile and I’ve seen her work on a number of people people, creating stand-out yet different looks for each individual.
